        Mark Parvais is the star cornerback for the SU Cats and one of the top NFL prospects in the country.  He struggles with the responsibility of fatherhood while trying to maximize the benefits of being an athlete at an HBCU.  Everything in Mark’s life seems to be falling into place when a bad decision devastates the people closest to him.  Will he be able to put the pieces back together in time to fulfill his ultimate dream of playing professional football?

Oooook so I know there must be a sequal in the works, you left us hanging a little. What happens to Chris is he alright? (messed up his dad's bad decisions caused his son to lose his dream) Does Mark make it to the pros, Troy will be working at the same agency that represents him, you gotta talk about that. I read the book in 2 days. It was such a good read and I could relate to the secenes being that I went to SU and grew up in Baton Rouge. It was refreshing to read a book and be able to picture where the characters are in the city. I hope there is a sequel cause I'm anxious to know what happened to the characters.

Game Recognize Game is one of the best erotic/urban novels I've read in a while. The plot was creative, characters were explosive and the college scenes made the story realistic. I commend Terry DeRon on keeping the storyline entertaining throughout and of course it left room for a sequel, so I look forward to reading that in the near future.
